Ten Owego Free Academy Students have been selected to participate in the NYSSMA Senior High Area All-State Festival. The festival will be held on February 5th and 6th at the Ithaca College School of Music. Students participating in this year’s music festival include: Carla Budrow, Andrew Caldwell, Ellie Casterline, Jordan Dove, Nic Hulbert, Kristy Jackson, Gary King, Rachael Parker, Megan Shoen, and Kellie Wright.
