The Tioga County Local Development Corporation is announcing two new Board members. The Tioga County Legislature appointed the new members in this month and last month, appointing Lisa Englebert of Nichols and Kim Depew of Waverly to the board of nine. Englebert is the owner of Englebert Farms LLC, which markets their organic products from the farm. She also serves as administrator of the Northeast Organic Farming Association, overseeing the USDA accredited organic certification program. Depew serves as the Marketing Manager at Tioga State Bank with its offices in Spencer and Waverly, responsible for all aspects of marketing for the bank. She has also been involved in the Waverly Car & Truck Show, the Tinsel-n-Lights Holiday Festival, and the Tioga State Bank Coat Drive. The Local Development Corporation is responsible for support and oversight of the Tioga County Tourism Office.
