The Tioga Women Lead Council will hold their next event “Living in Possibility” at Ti-Ahwaga Performing Arts Center on Thursday, January 25th. Presenter Penny Bartlow has been guiding leadership programs for several years. The program will be from noon til 1. The cost is $20 per person.
