There will be a special joint meeting is being held between the Town of Owego and Village of Owego Boards. The meeting will be held tomorrow at 4PM at the Owego Town Hall on Route 434 in Owego. The meeting is being held to present plans on the proposed Shared Municipal Building for the Village Department of Public Works and the Town Roads Department. The meeting is open to the public.
