The Town of Owego will be voting on its proposed 2017 budget during a meeting tonight. The budget includes a zero percent tax increase for residents, however, town water rates would increase 32 cents per thousand gallons of water. The board will be voting on the preliminary budget at the Owego Town Hall at 6:30pm.
