Veterans Day is tomorrow. At 11am tomorrow, the ceremonies begin at the Tioga County Veterans Memorial. Church bells will ring and fire sirens will sound as a tribute. And a moment of silence will be observed. In Newark Valley it’s a Veterans Day dinner at the Newark Valley Fire Station on Route 38. That will start at 4pm. And in Candor it’s the Veterans Day Open House from 4 to 7 at the Candor Arden Kelsey Post 907 American Legion in Candor.
