More than 100 motorcyclists met in Owego Saturday to register for a ride to honor veterans of the Vietnam War. Riders of the 5th Annual Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway of Valor Tribute Ride registered at the Owego Free Academy before setting off a 98-mile ride up the Route 38 corridor. Due to the forecast, this year’s crowd wasn’t as big as it has been in years past, but that didn’t stop everyone from hitting the road. The riders also honored two Vietnam Medal of Honor recipients, Terrence Graves and Robert Stryker, both of whom grew up on the Route 38 corridor.
