Village elections will be held in Owego and Waverly tomorrow. Owego voters will elect three trustees to the village board. First Ward Trustee Phoebe Morris is running for re-election against Ken Henson, while Second Ward Trustee Rob Manville is running for re-election against Mike Baratta. Nick Ruiz is running unopposed in the Third Ward. Voting will be held from noon to 9pm at the Central Fire Station on North Avenue. Waverly voters will elect a new mayor, a new village justice, and three trustees. Patrick Ayres is running unopposed for mayor, while Rick Gorman is running against John Sobol for village justice. Five people are vying for three seats on the village board. Voting will be held from noon to 9pm at the Waverly Village Hall.
