The Village of Owego will begin resurfacing a few roadways this morning. The process begins with milling. Cars should be removed from the affected streets, and vehicle traffic will be restricted on these roads from 7 AM to 5 PM today and tomorrow. The roads being worked on today are East Main Street and Erie Street. Tomorrow will be McMaster Street and Elm Street. All work is weather permitting.
