The Village of Owego is holding a budget hearing open to the public tonight. Village Trustees Anne Lockwood and Earl Hartman were guests on the WEBO Morning Show this morning to talk about the upcoming meeting. Hartman expressed concern about the number of people who have attended budget hearings in the past. He feels more people should be involved.
