The Village of Owego will be holding 2 public hearings on Monday June 27th. Being discussed will be Local Law #4 of 2011 entitled “Amending the Charter in regards to the hiring of a village attorney” and also the 2011-2012 Village of Owego Budget. The hearings will be at 7:00 PM in the boardroom of the DPW Annex at 20 Elm Street in Owego.
