Someone who bought a Take 5 ticket in Owego has won the top prize. The New York Lottery says a ticket bought at the Tops Market had all five winning numbers from Tuesday’s drawing. The winning numbers were 6, 14, 15, 23, 28 and they are worth a $25,362 prize. The Lottery says the winning numbers were selected via quick pick.
