Michele Harris’ hairdresser took the stand Monday as the prosecution’s 50th and final witness in Cal Harris’ third murder trial. Jerome Wilczynski was Michele’s hairdresser for five years. He also went to high school with Cal and said they had friends in common, and would get together occasionally. The jury will not be in court today, as there will be no testimony and only legal arguments. The prosecution said it expects to officially rest its case tomorrow — that’s when the defense will begin to make its case. Before the day was done, the defense made two motions for mistrial, bringing the total number of defense mistrial requests to 11. Judge George Bartlett denied them both.
