The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is continuing their investigation into the robbery of CVS in Owego on February 27th. While being pursued by Uniform Officers, John Malowsky attempted to gain entry into a vehicle that was stopped in the Rite Aid parking lot. This vehicle is described as a mid size dark colored sedan. We are asking for the witness driving this vehicle at or about 7:30 pm on February 27th to contact the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, Sr. Investigator Hogan, at (607) 687-1010
