Franziska Racker Centers handed out some awards today at their annual Tioga Community Celebration at the Owego Treadway Inn and Conference Center.
“Every person that is born in our world is unique,” Executive Director Dan Brown told a full room at the Treadway. “By their humanity, they are valuable and important. Each person matters in this world.”
The Tioga Community Partner Award was given to the Owego Elementary School for their partnership with UPK services, and the Inspiration Award was given to Community Support Professional and Family Resource Assistant Jackie Jackson. This was the second annual Tioga Community Celebration held by Racker Centers, to thank the community for support.
