State Troopers out of Owego arrested a Sayre man for petit larceny and criminal trespass. 24-year-old Richard Vanderpool was arrested following a larceny complaint in Barton on Sunday. Vanderpool was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Barton Court, where he is set to appear on Tuesday.
