The Tioga County Boys and Girls Club will hold a hole-in-one golf fundraiser next week at the club at 201 Erie Street in Owego. For $10, you can shoot five golf balls at a hole about 100 yards away. The top five closest to the pin will receive prizes, including the top prize of a $250 gift card to Dick’s Sporting Goods. Other prizes include a full-year membership to the club, passes to the Links at Hiawatha and Pheasant Hill Golf Course, and a dozen Titleist golf balls. If you would like to participate, you can stop by between 11:30am and 5:30pm Monday through Thursday or from 11:30-1 Friday. There is no limit to the amount of rounds you can buy, and all proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Club.
