The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce will kick off its celebration of its 95th year when it hosts its annual Dinner and Silent Auction tonight. The sold-out event will be held at the Owego Treadway and recognizes the achievements and contributions of both individuals and businesses in the Tioga County business community. The outgoing directors will also be recognized for their contributions and the new Board of Directors for the Tioga Chamber will be introduced to the community.
