The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Human Resource Roundtable on Thursday, July 18th at the Links at Hiawatha Landing. The subject of the roundtable is “New York State and Federal Labor and Employment Laws”. Panelists will include Jim Jordan and Sue Wood, investigators from the United States and New York Departments of Labor. The moderator is Jim Franz, an attorney at Hinman, Howard & Kattell. The event is free of charge and begins promptly at 8:00 am. The roundtable is geared toward businesspeople with varying levels of personnel management training and experience. Non Chamber Members are welcomed to attend. Reservations are required.
