Tioga County’s Director of Economic Development and Planning LeeAnn Tinney was a special guest on today’s WEBO Morning Show. She talked about recent projects in the county and a new project planned for the gateway on Front Street in Owego. Developer Bruce Nelson, who has already restored historic buildings like 231 Main Street and the old Tioga County Jail into commercial space and apartments, is planning a new building for Front Street which will include a retail incubator and eight apartments. Farther along the street, the Parkview Restaurant is in the midst of a renovation project to offer rooms upstairs. The full interview with Tinney is available below.
