Local Tioga County Primaries will be held on a Thursday this year. If you are a Tioga County resident and plan on voting in local primaries, you must be registered to vote by today. Also, if your address has changed and you plan on voting in local primaries, you must update your information by Friday, August 21st. Local primaries are being held on Thursday, September 10th.
