A Tioga County man is wanted by police after he failed to appear in court for rape charges. Tioga County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for 42-year-old Jeffrey Ryan of 2513 Ellis Creek Road in Barton. He is wanted on an active warrant. According to police, he failed to appear in court for felony charges of first-degree rape and first-degree criminal sexual act, along with a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
