Tioga County has scheduled a Shared Services Plan Kickoff Meeting for next Friday, May 12 at 10am in the Hubbard Auditorium of the Ronald Dougherty County Office Building. All counties in the state are now required to spend more time discussing shared services and present a plan to their residents before they can receive state funding. Broome County is also meeting to discuss shared services, as they have set up a committee with all of the town supervisors in the county.
