Tioga Downs has announced that they will be giving away 2,000 free Powerball tickets today from 9AM to 9PM. This comes as the Powerball jackpot reaches a record breaking $1.5 Billion. One ticket will be given per person on a first come, first serve basis. You must be 18 years of age to receive a ticket.
