Tioga State Bank has announced two promotions. Anne Catalano has been promoted to President of Tioga State Insurance Agency. She has been with Tioga State Investment Services, an affiliate of the bank, for more than 25 years. She provides customers with financial planning out of the new office at 18 Lake Street in Owego. Jennifer Brockner has been promoted to Vice President of Finance and will be responsible for buying and selling securities for the TSB Investment Portfolio. Jennifer has been with Tioga State Bank since 2002.
