A Waverly man was detained on a warrant by State Police out of Towanda. According to police, 32-year-old Joshua Bowman was found to be wanted for criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was then arraigned before being sent to the Bradford County jail. Bowman is currently awaiting extradition proceedings.
