A Waverly man has pleaded not guilty to double murder of a Bradford County couple. John DeSisti, 73, was formally arraigned in Bradford County Court in Towanda this morning. DeSisti pleaded not guilty to 2 counts of murder and 1 count of burglary. He is charged with the 2006 murders of his cousin, Carol Keefe and her husband, David. The couple was shot in an ambush-style execution at their home in Athens Township. In December 2010, Pennsylvania State Police arrested DeSisti in connection with the murders. No date has been set yet for a pre-trial hearing. DeSisti is being held in the Bradford County Correctional Facility without bail.
