The Waverly Central School District has announced a public hearing next week to discuss next year’s budget. Officials will be outlining the $28.6 million spending plan, which was approved by the Board of Education last week. The meeting will be held next Tuesday at 7 o’clock in the district office. The budget calls for an increase of .52 percent from last year’s spending plan, and a .87 percent increase to the tax levy from the current budget.
