Ithaca Police caught two suspects in the act of burglarizing a building on Center Street. Police received a report that two people were on the roof of the commercial building. The suspects tried to flee, but were apprehended in possession of burglar’s tools. 19-year-old Terrence Fink and 20-year-old Anthony Briggs were arraigned in Ithaca City Court and were remanded to the Tompkins County Jail.
