Ithaca Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person. The family of 27-year-old Nicole Marranca reported her missing on August 27th. Marranca was last seen in Ithaca on or around August 17th or 18th. Ithaca Police Department personnel have exhausted all leads in this case..
