The T-CAT bus driver involved in the fatal accident Monday has been put on administrative leave. T-CAT says they are working with the Cayuga Heights Police Department, as well as with the Public Transportation Safety Board. As standard procedure, the driver has been placed on paid administrative leave. Angela Stedwell from Spencer died after being hit by a TCAT bus Monday morning.
