The Ithaca Police Department responded to a reported assault at about 11:30PM Monday on Hudson Street. The victim had left his office on his way home, when he heard footsteps behind him. The victim was jumped by two males and told to give them everything that he had. A brief altercation ensued and the suspects retreated without taking any valuables. Ithaca Police were able to identify and locate both suspects involved and arrested Dakota Higgins Clark and Anthony Higgins on Robbery and Assault charges. Both suspects were arraigned in Ithaca City Court on Wednesday.
