Testimony began this morning in the murder trial of a Pennsylvania man. Billy Landry is charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault in the death of Shawn Miller.
Prosecutors say Landry stabbed Miller to death at a home on Cherry Flats Road in Charleston Township back in November.
This morning, the prosecution called five witnesses and showed video of the crime scene.
Jurors also heard audio of the statement Landry made to police. In the statement, Landry admitted to stabbing Miller, but said it was an act of self defense because Miller had been beating him up.
