A special fundraiser benefiting the United Way of Bradford County is set for this weekend.
Top Dogs for the Cause will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Howard Elmer Park and the Sayre Theatre.
Dog owners will bring their pets to compete in contests in the park before heading inside the theater for the Dancing with Your Dog competition.
There will also be vendors, giveaways and family friendly entertainment.
Dogs have been receiving pledges online and that will continue on Saturday. The dog with the most pledges will be named Bradford County’s top dog.
Choice 102 will broadcast live from 10 to noon on Saturday at Howard Elmer Park.

Today, we’re raising money for the United Way of Bradford County, an organization that empowers our neighbors through education, collaboration, advocacy, and mobilization of resources. The United Way supports more than 50 local nonprofit organizations that make a difference right here in Bradford County.
🐾 TOP DOG PLEDGING ALERT! 🐾
Secret pledging is happening right now! Pledging closes promptly at 1:00 PM so we can tally the votes and crown Bradford County’s Top Dog for the Cause. If you’d like to support one of our amazing canine contestants, please visit the registration table before 1:00 PM.
🎭 DANCING WITH YOUR DOG 🐶
The Sayre Theatre concession stand is now open! We’ll begin moving into the theatre around noon for our Dancing With Your Dog competition. There’s still time to enter, so stop by the registration table for details.

Be sure to check out our fantastic raffle prizes displayed in the gazebo. Tickets are available at the registration table:
• $1 for one ticket
• $5 for five tickets
• $10 for an arm’s length of tickets

Need a bottle of water? Stop by the registration table. Bottled water is available for just $1, with all proceeds benefiting the United Way of Bradford County.
