Tioga County Public Health is teaming up with Visions Federal Credit Union in Spencer for a car seat check event on September 26th from 4 – 6PM. The event will be at Visions Federal Credit Union, 95 Orchard Street in Spencer. Tioga County Public Health will have car seats on-hand to
replace any seats that are found to be expired or do not properly fit your child; these seats will be replaced at no cost to the family.
