Two men were arrested yesterday after a drug bust at a South Waverly home. Sayre Police found over seven grams of bath salts, drug paraphernalia and an illegal firearm at 344.5 Fulton Street, resulting in the arrest of Joseph Alliger and Brian McCarty. A warrant to search the home was obtained after a previous investigation revealed narcotic sales at that same address. Both men were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a firearm. Alliger faces additional charges for Manufacture of a controlled substance and Criminal Use of Communication Facility. Alliger and McCarty were arraigned in Bradford County Court and sent to the County Correctional Facility.
