Meth Arrests Made in Two Separate Incidents

The Waverly Police Department reports the arrest of a Trumansburg man for three felonies involving a mobile meth lab that was located on Waverly Street, in the Village of Waverly back in April. Joshua Edward Donahue, who is being held at the Tompkins County jail on other charges, was arrested on a Tioga County Court warrant charging him with the following criminal charges: Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Criminal possession of a controlled substance, and Possession of Methamphetamine. Donahue was arrested on the warrant and was arraigned in Tioga County Court Monday. He was returned to the Tompkins County Jail to await further court action.

Three people from Johnson City, including a teenager, are charged after police say they found a meth lab at a home in the village. Joshua Diaz, Desiree Buckley, and Stanley Conklin are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, both felonies. Police say they discovered the lab at 71 Crocker Ave, where Diaz and Buckley live. All three were sent to the Broome County Jail.
