Three individuals have been charged with drug related charges after they were seen acting suspicious at the Spring Street Dandy Mini Mart in Sayre. 31-year-old Ricky Peters and 50-year-old Theresa Strope of Sayre, as well as 34-year-old Nicole Searles of Waverly were charged with bath salt related charges. These charges included possession of paraphernalia. Peters was also charged with driving under the influence of bath salts and driving with a suspended license.
