Waverly Police say a Waverly man was arrested Friday morning on drug charges. 53-year-old Vincent Freeman is accused of criminally possessing 13 envelopes of heroin and a plastic bag of heroin. Police say he was also found with drug paraphernalia, six grams of marijuana, and five morphine tablets. 30-year-old Jordan Sinsabaugh was also in the car with Freeman. He was arrested for misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree. Freeman was arraigned in the Village of Waverly Court and held at Tioga County Jail to awaiting further legal action. No bail was set.
