A Waverly woman has been charged with pouring boiling water on a man last month. 43-year-old Nichole Brown has been charged with felony Assault and Criminal Mischief, and Menacing. The victim was burned on his back. Brown also was a fugitive from justice in Sayre. Bail has been set at $25,000.
