Three men from Florida have been arrested and two more remain at large after fleeing from a traffic stop. 18-year-old Denzel Sanon, 28-year-old Brandon Williams, and 24-year-old Brandon Smith, all from Florida have each been arrested on 7 counts of criminal possession of stolen property. State Police attempted to pull the men over in Cortland County, however, they led authorities on a car pursuit. The suspects eventually brought their car to a stop on a Route 81 northbound ramp, and fled on foot. Police from several different agencies as well as K9 units and aviation units were all called in to assist in searching for the men. The men were eventually captured and found to be in possession of stolen credit cards from around the US. They were also wanted out of Oneida County for suspected bank fraud. The three captured suspects have since been sent to the Broome County Jail, awaiting a bail hearing.
