Ride sharing services have arrived in New York. Yesterday was the first day that services like Uber and Lyft were available across the state, and officials say thousands of people have already signed up to drive for the programs in New York. Binghamton Mayor Rich David took one of the first rides in the city yesterday. You can access either Uber or Lyft by downloading their app on your smartphone.
