The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for noon to midnight today for all of Central New York and the Southern Tier. Strong, gusty winds are expected to move in this afternoon and could blow around unsecured objects or bring down tree limbs. Sustained winds of 10 to 20 miles per hour are expected with gusts up to 45 miles per hour.
