The Sayre Constable who was arrested on charges of intimidation and reckless endangerment among others last month has waived his upcoming formal arraignment. By doing this, 47-year-old Terrance Blacknell has acknowledged the charges against him and essentially entered a plea of “not guilty.” Blacknell currently faces several charges after an alleged road rage incident in Sayre at the Beginning of August. Blacknell is currently out of jail on $5,000 bail.
