Sayre Borough officials continue to look at three properties as possible locations to consolidate two of their five fire companies. The Borough hopes to bring Engine Company No. 1 and Howard Elmer Hose Company No. 4 under one roof. Although a location will be shared, the fire companies will remain separate entities. Borough officials hope to draw up an offer for one of the properties by their next meeting on July 28th.
