State Police in Towanda have reported that charges have been filed in the Bradford County Courthouse following a protection from abuse violation and criminal mischief incident that took place on State Route 414 in LeRoy Township. 30-year-old Joshua Nemeth of Towanda is said to have made contact with a 35-year-old female victim in violation of the protection from abuse order. While at the victim’s residence, Nemeth engaged in an argument and broke a window.
