Toxicology results from escaped prisoner Richard Matt came in yesterday. According to the tests, Matt was drunk at the time of his death. His blood alcohol content was measured at .18%. He died as a result of a gunshot wound to the head by a US Border Patrol agent. He was also found to have multiple bruises, abrasions, and blisters.
