Stone is said to have attempted to pass a vehicle on Route 706 in Wyalusing Township going about 89 MPH, when he collided with an oncoming vehicle, and then struck a tree. 18-year-old Colin Flynn of Towanda, and 18-year-old Brendan Hall of Wyalusing were both passengers in Stone’s vehicle when they died as a result of the accident.
