The 13th annual Tinsel-N-Lights Festival in Waverly is tomorrow. Tinsel-N-Lights includes a variety of holiday treats, activities, and music for attendees. There will be ice sculpting, live reindeer, and horse and wagon rides at the event as well.
This year’s Tinsel-N-Lights holiday celebration is being held at the Waverly High School from 5:30pm to 8:30pm due to ongoing construction at its usual venue at Muldoon Park.
