Job Seekers gathered at Tioga Downs for an informational job fair yesterday evening. Tioga Downs held this event to provide potential job applicants with information on expected upcoming employment opportunities. These opportunities come as part of the Down’s anticipated expansion. In October, Tioga Downs was recommended for a full Las Vegas Style casino license by the State Gaming Commission. A final review by the commission will determine for sure whether or not Tioga Downs will receive the license. The commission’s decision is expected within the first half of 2016.
